Abstract
La Sentencia del TJUE de 13 de mayo de 2014, Google Spain (C-131/12) ha supuesto un hito muy relevante en el sistema de protección de derechos fundamentales de la Unión Europea, dando origen al derecho al olvido, y abriendo un camino del que queda mucho por explorar. Una de las cuestiones más controvertidas es determinar el alcance territorial del derecho al olvido, que está vinculado al alcance territorial de una sentencia que no tenemos derecho a olvidar.
The ECJ ruling on May 13, 2014, Google Spain (C-131/12) was very important milestone in the system of protection of fundamental rights of the European Union, giving rise to a right to oblivion, and opening a path which is much to explore. One of the most controversial issues is to determine the territorial scope of the right to be forgotten, which is linked to the territorial scope of a judgment that we have no right to forget.
