Resumen
Este trabajo aborda el proyecto de innovación docente que se ha desarrollado durante el curso académico 2024-25 en el grado de Estudios Ingleses de la UNED en la asignatura de Mundos anglófonos en perspectiva histórica y cultural. Esta propuesta tiene como objetivo principal dar visibilidad a la labor llevada a cabo por mujeres relevantes en la historia y cultura estadounidenses. A través del análisis de una selección de textos significativos, se pretende que el alumnado reflexione de manera crítica sobre el papel destacado que desempeñaron dichas mujeres y el alcance de su legado. Se presentan los objetivos y actividades del proyecto, recogiendo los resultados y se perfilan las futuras líneas de investigación.
This paper tackles the innovative teaching project developed during the academic year 2024-25 in the English Studies degree at UNED in Anglophone Worlds in Historical and Cultural Perspective. The main objective of this proposal is to highlight the work of relevant women in American history and culture. Through the analysis of a selection of significant texts, our aim is to make students critically reflect on the outstanding role of these women and the scope of their legacy. The paper presents the objectives and activities carried out, it summarizes the results, and it outlines future lines of research.
