dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the double nature of the right to education enshrined in article 27 of the Constitution, as well as the right to freedom as a right of benefit. In turn, the objectives and purposes of the Education Law reform Project approved in 2019 are exposed, which fundamentally affect guaranteeing an educational system based on equity, as a means to achieve effective and real equality. To continue, I offer a retrospective look about which philosophy supports the different educational systems that have existed throughout history, with special emphasis on the 19th century, the so-called century of education. In conclusion, refers to how phenomenology faces the act of educating, taking into account the relationship between professor and student and from there the goals and challenges of education today.en
dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se analiza la doble naturaleza del derecho a la educación consagrado en el artículo 27 de la Constitución, tanto como derecho de libertad como derecho de prestación. A su vez, se exponen los objetivos y fines del Proyecto de reforma de Ley de Educación aprobado en 2019, que inciden fundamentalmente en garantizar un sistema educativo basado en la equidad, como medio para lograr una igualdad efectiva y real. Para continuar, se ofrece una mirada retrospectiva, acerca de qué filosofía sustenta los distintos sistemas educativos que ha habido a lo largo de la historia, haciendo especial hincapié en el Siglo xix, el siglo llamado de la educación. Y, como conclusión, se hace referencia a cómo la fenomenología afronta el acto de educar, teniendo en cuenta la relación entre educando y educador, y desde ahí los fines y retos de la educación en la actualidad.es
