dc.description.abstractEl derecho de Simultánea ejercido entre el obispo y el cabildo catedralicio para la elección de un nuevo beneficiado capitular, entra dentro del juego de la provisión de prebendas que se daba entre los diferentes poderes políticos y religiosos en época medieval y moderna. Viene a ser el acuerdo entre ambos para seleccionar, conjuntamente, al pretendiente idóneo para formar parte de la institución. El problema radica cuando este acuerdo o simultaneidad no se lleva a cabo. El presente artículo es el resultado de la clasificación e inventariado de una serie generada bajo dicho contexto y conservada en el Archivo de la Catedral de Cuenca.es
dc.description.abstractThe derecho de Simultánea exerted between the Bishop and the cathedral chapter to elect a new chapter benefited, it take parts within the game of providing perks that existed between the different political and religious powers in medieval and modern ages times. It comes to be the agreement between both to select, jointly, the suitable suitor to form part of the institution. The problem is when this agreement or simultaneity is not undertaken. This article is the result of the classification and inventory of a generated series on this context and retained in the Archive of the Cathedral of Cuenca.en
