Socio-labour guidance in Spain has evolved as an essential tool to promote employability and inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labour market. Through policies and programmes developed at both state and regional levels, the aim is not only to facilitate the search for employment, but also the comprehensive development of the skills necessary for sustainable labour insertion. The State Public Employment Service (SEPE) plays a key role in this work, complemented by regional initiatives that address the specific needs of various groups, including young people, women, immigrants and people with disabilities. Collaboration between the public and private sectors has enhanced the effectiveness of these programmes, contributing to greater social inclusion and improving the quality of life of participants. This comprehensive and adaptable approach is essential in a constantly changing labour environment, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all citizens.
