dc.description.abstractA finales de marzo del corriente entró en vigor la Ley Orgánica del Sistema Universitario (LOSU), tras su correspondiente publicación en el BOE, al haber finalizado la aprobación del texto definitivo por el Congreso de los Diputados que, tras la votación de las enmiendas procedentes de la tramitación en el Senado, daba luz verde al proyecto el día 9 de marzo. En este artículo se desbrozan, desde una perspectiva académico-profesional, las cuestiones más relevantes que introduce la nueva ley que norma la Enseñanza Superior Universitaria.es
dc.description.abstractAt the end of March of this year, the Organic Law of the University System (LOSU) came into force, after its corresponding publication in the BOE, having finalized the approval of the final text by the Congress of Deputies which, after voting on the amendments from of the processing in the Senate, gave the green light to the project on March 9. In this article, from an academic-professional perspective, the most relevant issues introduced by the new law that regulates University Higher Education are cleared up.es
