Resumen
Este trabajo realiza una revisión de la aproximación de la disciplina del Derecho constitucional contemporáneo a los desafíos que, para la Constitución, implican la integración supranacional -en particular la europea-, así como el proceso de digitalización y transformación que vive la sociedad actual. Defiende la necesidad de desarrollar el Derecho constitucional europeo vinculándolo con el Derecho de la integración y el emergente Derecho europeo de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, para estudiar, en el espacio europeo, los principios éticos y jurídicos que deben regular y gobernar la Era Digital.
This work reviews the approach of the discipline of contemporary constitutional law to the challenges that, for the Constitution, imply supranational integration - particularly the European integration - as well as the process of digitalization and transformation that the today's society is living. It defends the need to develop the European constitutional law, linking it with the law of integration and the emerging European law of science and technology, to study, in the European space, the ethical and legal principles that should regulate and govern the Digital Age.
