Knowledge about cognitive neuroscience opens new doors to the personalisation of learning and the improvement of educational professionalisation. Teacher training is a continuous and systematic process that requires constant updating. In this paper it is proposed the design of a training seminar on neuroeducation for early childhood and primary education teachers. Firstly, the objectives of the work are set out and then the theoretical framework is explained. The concept of neuroeducation is defined and the state of the art of teacher training in this field is described. Next, a needs analysis is presented in order to understand the initial situation before implementing the training proposal. This is followed by an indication of the type of methodology used, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to provide greater rigour to the data obtained. It then goes on to detail the activities designed, sessions and seminar timetable for their application. Finally, a suggested evaluation of the seminar is offered, including its possible implications, limitations and prospects. It is concluded that this proposal can generate favourable impacts on learning, being susceptible to be included in continuous teacher training plans to increase the effectiveness of the educational process.
