Resumen
El objetivo que persigue este trabajo es en primer lugar, analizar derechos humanos desde el prisma de la doctrina de la Iglesia. En segundo lugar, es buscar la novedad de la Iglesia en este Derecho, incluso anterior al nacimiento de Derechos Humanos.
Desde otra perspectiva, se trata de un trabajo jurídico analizado desde la ciencia filosófica.
Desde esta perspectiva se argumenta una complementariedad entre Derechos Humanos y la doctrina de la Iglesia para superar los reduccionismos actuales y alcanzar una visión más humana cuyo fin sea la protección a la persona según su dignidad y el Bien Común.
En esta investigación se ha recurrido a legislación nacional e internacional, derecho positivo y derecho natural, así como las Encíclicas de la Iglesia como una de las grandes fuentes de enseñanza de esta y una mirada a la filosofía platónica y aristotélica.
The objective of this work is, first, to analyze human rights from the perspective of Church doctrine. Second, to explore the Church's novelty in this law, which even predates the birth of Human Rights. From another perspective, this is a legal work analyzed from the perspective of philosophical science. From this perspective, a complementarity between Human Rights and Church doctrine is argued to overcome current reductionisms and achieve a more humane vision whose goal is the protection of the person according to their dignity and the Common Good. This research has drawn on national and international legislation, positive and natural law, as well as the Church's Encyclicals, as one of the major sources of its teaching, and a look at Platonic and Aristotelian philosophy.
