La Ilustración fue una época crucial en la historia del pensamiento occidental. Muchas obras se han escrito al respecto y distintas son las valoraciones que ha recibido. Este trabajo se propone revisar las principales críticas que ha recibido la extensa trilogía que Jonathan Israel Irvine ha escrito sobre la Ilustración radical, la cual habría surgido a partir de la filosofía de Spinoza, Bayle y Diderot, principalmente, y habría sido determinante en la formación de nuestras democracias contemporáneas.
The Enlightenment was a crucial time in the history of Western thought. Many works have been written about it and different are the ratings he has received. This work aims to review the main criticisms received by the extensive trilogy that Johnatan Israel Irvine has written about the radical Enlightenment that would have emerged from the philosophy of Spinoza, Bayle and Diderot, mainly, and that would have been decisive in the formation of our current democracies.
