Abstract
The objective of the present investigation work is to examine some of the numerous fields facilitated by the 'philosophy's spirit'. The exposition is started and continued in a logic and stepwise structure with a rigorous analysis of G. W. Leibniz's metaphysic, showing ex-post a succession of alternative hypothesis that, in some cases, complement it, and in other cases contravene the Leibniz's proposes. In spite of the inherent complexity, it is necessary a incursion on theological and ontological thought of the german philosopher in order to approach the central nucleus of the chosen theme: the philosophy of "apperceptive substance". Only from this dual perspective, it would be helpful enter and deepen in the study of the "intelligence substance". "Ontology-Theology" → "Spirit Philosophy". Outside of the strong borders of leibnizian thought, it is gratifying to work, even using some of his own bases and argumentative structures, inquiring and penetrating in new speculative ambits in which the "spirit philosophy‟ can move freely, showing its great diversity and richness hermeneutic to any academic who let be seduce by the friendly invitations of the 'practical reason'.
