dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the way on the spanish authorities decide when there is an application before them in relation with minors who have their habitual residence in a third State. Through the practial overiew it will be possible to consider how the judicial authorities apply the UE Regulation, international conventions and domestic law.en
dc.description.abstractA través de este estudio se pretende analizar cómo actúan las autoridades españolas cuando se solicitan ante ellas la adopción de medidas sobre menores cuya residencia habitual esta situada en un tercer Estado. Con ello se podrá observar la aplicación e interpretación que se realiza en la práctica de la normativa que, de distinta fuente, permite dicha intervención.es
