The Iberian constitutionalism lived through a parallel history in all the 19th century, more evident in the first half than in the second one, but in any case extraordinary. I think that can be supported easily the premise of which in the constitutionalism the agreement turns always concerning the Constitution, and that, in this sense, has a deep meaning in the history of the construction of our Contemporary State; for it, this reflection focuses on the Constitution as agreement.
