CONGRESO INTERNACIONAL EL PROTOCOLO CONTEMPORÁNEO (CIEPC)

Se encuentra abierto el plazo para la presentación de comunicaciones para el II CIEPC, X Jornadas sobre Protocolo, que bajo el lema "La imagen ritual del poder", se celebrará del 20 al 22 de abril de 2016 en la UNED de Madrid.

Para la selección de ponencias, comunicaciones y pósteres será preciso presentar un abstract/resumen, que será revisado a ciegas por pares, para su aceptación. La fecha límite para el envío de las propuestas de comunicación será el 1 de octubre de 2015.

El comité evaluador dispondrá para la revisión de las propuestas desde el 1 de octubre hasta el 31 de octubre de 2015.

Se comunicará los abstract admitidos a los autores del 1 de noviembre al 11 de noviembre de 2015.

Los autores deberán enviar el texto completo de su ponencia/comunicación/póster del 7 de noviembre hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2015.

El comité evaluador dispondrá para la revisión de los originales desde el 1 de diciembre al 31 de diciembre de 2015.

Se comunicará la decisión del comité a los autores desde el 1 de enero hasta el 1 de febrero de 2016.

Los autores dispondrán hasta el 28 de febrero para el envío de los textos definitivos.

Importante:

Sólo podrán admitirse tres (3) ponencias/comunicaciones/pósteres en total por autor individualmente o en coautoría.

Todos los firmantes de cada ponencia/comunicación/póster deberán inscribirse y pagar las tasas correspondientes, aunque sólo uno de ellos realizará la defensa.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA AUTORES

Los trabajos deberán seguir los siguientes criterios:

1. Presentación

• Las normas de publicación serán las normas APA.
• Título y subtítulo de la ponencia: Cambria, 16, negrita centrado. A continuación en inglés sin negrita.
• Notas a pie de página: Cambria 10.
• Márgenes: 2,5 cm en toda la página.
• Extensión máxima: 6000 palabras ponencias y comunicaciones.
• Los archivos se remitirán en formato WORD.

2. Estructura

• Título en dos idiomas (español/inglés; inglés/español).
• Autor/es (máximo de tres), con indicación de nombre, institución, afiliación, país y email. Cambria 12, interlineado sencillo. A pie de página debe figurar un breve perfil curricular de un máximo de 2 líneas. Estos datos no figurarán en el texto de la comunicación/ponencia/póster, sino en un archivo complementario, para facilitar la revisión anónima.
• Resumen en español/inglés o inglés/español. Máximo 300 palabras. 5 o 6 palabras claves en español/inglés.
• Las tablas y figuras incluidas en el texto, serán numeradas en arábigo, con título en la parte superior y fuente en la inferior. Normal, centrado.
• Epígrafes del trabajo enumerados en arábigo, con un máximo de tres niveles 1., 1.1., 1.1.1.
• Citas bibliográficas intertextuales, sistema anglosajón incluido entre paréntesis (APELLIDO, AÑO: PÁGINA).
• Citas a pie siguiendo este formato APELLIDOS, N., Título. Lugar de publicación, Editorial, Año, volumen, página precedida de p. o pp.
• Capítulos de libros o artículos con este formato: APELLIDOS, N., "Capítulo", en Título libro/nombre revista, número/volumen, p. pp.

No cumplir los siguientes criterios formales puede suponer la no admisión.

Open deadline for submitting communications for the II CIEP, X Jornadas sobre Protocolo that, under the theme “The ritual image of power” will be held on 20, 21 and 22 of April, 2016 at UNED, Madrid.

Submission of an abstract will be obligatory, to make the selection of papers, communications and posters, blind peer reviewed for its acceptance. Deadline for submitting proposals ends on 1 October 2015.

The evaluation committee will review the proposals from 1October to 31 October 2015.

Authors shall be informed about accepted abstracts from 1November to 11 November 2015.

Authors should submit complete manuscripts from 7 November to 30 November 2015.

The evaluation committee will review originals from 1 December to 31 December 2015.

The committee decision will be notified to authors from 1^st January to 1^st February 2016.

Authors should send the final papers before 28 February 2016.

Important:

Authors or coauthors can submit just three (3) papers, as individual author or coauthors.

All signatories of each paper/communication/poster must register and pay the fees, though only one will present it.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

Contributions must follow these guidelines:

1. Presentation

• Rules of publishing are those of APA (American Psychological Association).
• Title and subtitle: 16pt Cambria font, bold print and centrally aligned. Below in English, but not in bold.
• Footnotes: 10pt Cambria font.
• Page margins: 2.5 in the whole page (side, top and bottom margins).
• Maximum length: 6000 words for papers and communications.
• Format: Word (PC).

2. Structure

• Title in two languages (Spanish/English, English/Spanish).
• Author/s (maximum of three), specifying name, institution, affiliation and e-mail address of each one. 12pt Cambria font, single spaced. The footnote will contain a brief CV of not more than two lines. This information won’t appear on the paper, but on a separate document in order to facilitate blind review.
• Abstract of not more than 300 words in Spanish and English or English and Spanish. Five or six key words, in Spanish and English.
• Tables and figures included in the text, in Arabic numbers, with title at top and source at foot, both normal and centered.
• Headings, in Arabic numbers, up to three levels under this system: 1.First heading, 1.1 Second heading, 1.1.1. Third heading.
• Bibliographical references incorporated in the text, between quotation marks, with due acknowledgement (author’s surname, year: page number
• Bibliographical references outside the text: SURNAME, N., Title, Place of publication, Publisher, Year, Volume, page preceded by p. /pp.
• Book chapters or articles: SURNAME, N., “Chapter”, in Book title/ journal, number/volume, p. /pp.

Non-compliance with formal requirements may imply non-admittance.
