A partir de sus ideas, se exponen las críticas de Manuel Atienza y Elías Díaz y las aportaciones de Javier Muguerza. El objetivo último de este trabajo es valorar la validez de los argumentos y analizar cómo las concepciones subyacentes de derecho y obligatoriedad determinan las posiciones de los distintos iusfilósofos participantes.This work studies the debate generated by Professor Felipe González Vicén’s thesis which denies the existence of an ethical basis for obedience to the law, affirming that there is only an ethical basis for disobedience. Based on these ideas, the criticisms of Manuel Atienza and Elías Díaz and the contributions of Javier Muguerza are presented.
