El propósito de este trabajo es contextualizar ese objetivo y poner de manifiesto algunos de los desafíos que plantearía su consecución desde el punto d vista procesal.ABSTRACT: The Spanish National Strategy against Terrorism 2019 had among its obje tives the establishment of legal mechanisms to allow for the use of information obtained by the military in conflict zones as evidence in criminal proceedings, while at the same time ensuring the necessary observation of the appropriate procedural guarantees.
