Para llevar a cabo este análisis, se pondrán de manifiesto los valores que están en liza en esta materia, y se examinarán tanto las regulaciones aprobadas en otros países como la Proposición de Ley presentada en el Parlamento de nuestro país.This article gives an account of the complex legal problems of euthanasia, not only because of its ethical, social and legal connotations, but also because it directly affects the difficulty of legitimizing by law a decision that, being highly personal, directly affects the non-derogable dignity of life itself.
