Pues esta figura es el producto de una configuración determinada del saber y, como tal, el desplazamiento de esta configuración precipitaría su muerte. Actualmente, nos encontramos en este escenario. Atendiendo a la obra que, a nuestro entender, contiene la clave de bóveda de la cuestión antropológica, Las palabras y las cosas, este estudio despliega una exposición de las formas de conocimiento que han abrazado de algún modo la aparición y evanescencia del hombre.
