La transformación digital y todas las tecnologías que conlleva no constituyen por tanto una anomalía en el avance científico-tecnológico, pero sí una nueva revolución que ya está impactando en la forma que tiene el ser humano de aproximarse a la realidad que le rodea, de entender el mundo, e incluso de entenderse a sí mismo y a los demás. Este trabajo trata de realizar una aproximación -desde la reflexión constitucional- a los retos que plantea esta transformación digital y las tecnologías respecto de la participación política, como derecho, en particular en el mundo ruralTechnology has always accompanied us throughout our lives, but sometimes there are qualitative leaps of notable relevance, as happened with the printing press, the steamship, the industrial or the technologies of radio, television, the personal computer, or Internet. Digital transformation and all the technologies that it entails are therefore not an anomaly ones -in scientific-technological progress-, but a new revolution that is already impacting the way that human beings approach the reality that surrounds them, of understanding the world, and even to understand yourself and others.
