Despite all the research, there is still no consensus on the best way to assess and treat them. Traditional assessment of personality disorders has focused on a limited number of psychological constructs or behaviors using structured interviews and questionnaires, without an integrated and holistic approach. We present a novel methodology for the study and assessment of personality disorders consisting in the development of a Bayesian network, whose parameters have been obtained by the Delphi method of consensus from a group of experts in the diagnosis and treatment of personality disorders. The result is a probabilistic graphical model that represents the psychological variables related to the personality disorders along with their relations and conditional probabilities, which allow identifying the symptoms with the highest diagnostic potential. This model can be used, among other applications, as a decision support system for the assessment and treatment of personality disorders of the dramatic or emotional cluster. In this paper, we discuss the need to validate this model in the clinical population along with its strengths and limitations.0362García-Franco,Jose D., Díez, Francisco J. y Carrasco Ortiz, Miguel Angel . Sinnott’s Complex Postformal Thought Questionnaire (PFTQ) is one of the most widely used measures of this construct and thus, the main aim of this study was to translate a Spanish version of the PFTQ and to validate it using a sample of 1093 subjects aged from 18 to 71 years. A cross-validation study was carried out and measurement invariance was analyzed by gender and across age groups: emerging adults, 18-29 years; established adults, 30-45 years; and middle-aged adults, 46-60 years. Furthermore, evidence of validity was assessed relative to cognitive and personality measures (i.e.: mindfulness, grit, resilience, intolerance of uncertainty, conscientiousness, metacognition and learning strategies), as was the developmental pattern of the PFTQ. In the cross-validation study, both the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses indicated it was appropriate to consider a unidimensional structure. Likewise, the PFTQ exhibited good psychometric properties (α = .84; Ω = .83), and there was reasonable evidence of strict invariance by gender and across age groups. Moreover, the PFTQ was significantly and positively related to metacognition, learning strategies, mindfulness, conscientiousness, resilience and grit, whereas it was significantly and negatively related to intolerance of uncertainty, albeit to a lesser extent. Finally, a developmental progression of the PFTQ was observed during adulthood, with significant differences observed between the latent means of the three age groups, which was associated with moderate effect sizes between the emerging and the established or middle-age adult groups (d = 0.28 and d = 0.37, respectively). By contrast, a very small and practically negligible effect size was detected between the established and middle-aged adult groups (d = 0.09). Relativistic operations would appear to underlie psychosocial development in established adulthood, when they are most needed. Overall, the Spanish version of the PFTQ showed good psychometric properties and validity evidence of its utility to studying adult thinking.0332Contreras Felipe, Antonio, Suárez-Falcón, Juan C., Caprara, Mariagiovanna y et al. . Methods We tested an attribute network of regularized partial correlations, standard and alternative centrality measures, and comorbidity bridge symptoms according to centrality bridge measures. Results Regularized partial correlation network and a centrality measures graph shown the prominent position of social problems and anxiety–depression. Minimum spanning tree (MST) found a hierarchical dynamics between attributes where mixed anxiety–depression was identified as the core and the other attributes were hierarchically connected to it by being positioned in six branches that are differentiated according to their theoretical contents. The most central connections are established with the attributes of their own community or theoretical groups, and 37 bridge symptoms were identified in all networks. Conclusions A significant role of mixed anxiety depression as an activator and intermediary of psychopathologies was supported as a central attribute of internalizing problems. Aggressive behavior as part of the broad externalizing dimension was one of the constructs that most intensively activate the network, and social problems were also distinguished as a relevant factor not only in terms of connections and central attributes but also in terms of bridge symptoms and comorbidity. This framework extends to the study of symptomatic “comorbidity.”0372Sánchez Hernández, M.O, Holgado-Tello, F.P. y Carrasco Ortiz, Miguel Angel . However, in psychological terms, CT is still a poorly defined construct, given that its nomological network has not been established yet. In a previous paper, we started to address this issue studying the correlations between CT and some fundamental cognitive variables, such as primary mental abilities and problem-solving ability. The current work deepens in the same direction as it aims to extend the nomological network of CT with non-cognitive factors, through the study of the correlations between CT, self-efficacy and the several dimensions from the ‘Big Five’ model of human personality: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. To do so, the Computational Thinking Test (CTt) and some additional self-efficacy items are administered on a sample of 1251 Spanish students from 5th to 10th grade (N ¼ 1251), and the Big Five Questionnaire-Children version (BFQ-C) is also taken by a subsample from the above (n ¼ 99). Results show statistically significant correlations between CT and self-efficacy perception relative to CT performance (rs ¼ 0.41), in which gender differences in favor of males are found (d ¼ 0.42). Moreover, results show statistically significant correlations between CT and: Openness to Experience (r ¼ 0.41), Extraversion (r ¼ 0.30), and Conscientiousness (r ¼ 0.27). These findings are consistent with the existing literature except for the unexpected correlation between CT and the Extraversion factor of personality, which is consequently discussed in detail. Overall, our findings corroborate the existence of a non-cognitive side of CT that should be taken into account by educational policies and interventions aimed at fostering CT. As a final contribution, the extended nomological network of CT integrating cognitive and non-cognitive variables is depicted.0352Román-González, Marcos, Pérez-González, Juan Carlos, Moreno-León, Jesús y Robles, Gregorio . Retos y reformas pendientesbibliuned:DptoEAyGP-FDER-Articulos-Mcgonzalez-0006The pandemic has caused a great impact on economies around the world to which it has been very difficult to react with some serenity and reflection. The political decisions adopted, apparently based on health recommendations, have generated far-reaching economic effects that have yet to be quantified and have required adaptations in record time to the prevailing forms of work in both the public and private sectors. One of the fundamental differences compared to previous crises such as that of 2007-13 is that the causes of the Covid- 19 crisis are known, although its consequences have not yet been accurately determined. This differential feature has the advantage that it allows governments to adopt measures to remedy it and to try to be prepared for what may come in the immediate future. This not only from the health point of view, which is obvious, but from the economic and labor market perspective too. In practical terms, if the lesson is assimilated and what has been learned is put into practice, it will be possible to avoid making the same mistakes to solve a similar situacion. This should be the message to try to temper both the sanitary and economic effects of the second wave of the pandemic, in whose frontispiece we seem to find ourselves. Although the 2008 crisis already revealed extraordinary weaknesses in the Spanish economy, its very strong dependence on construction (the so called the real estate boom) and the fragility of job stability in this "drag" sector of the economy, it has again been the real estate sector one of the most affected by the 2019 crisis. We have learned little and, what is worse, few adjustments have been made in the Spanish production model since then. The same can be preached about tourism. Spain has been for decades a power in this sense, competing for the top positions in the world ranking with countries such as France or the United States. It is true that the previous crisis also seriously harmed this sector, but far from modernizing and restructuring its production model, our country has lived off the income derived from the political instability of other rival states that have seen their potential visitors heading towards our territory as a consequence of the instability of their political regimes as a result of the so-called “Arab Spring”. What no one can deny is that we are facing an economic and labor crisis of which we still do not know the consequences and the duration. This is one of the first differences with respect to what happened a little over 10 years ago when certain imbalances could be visualized based mainly on an excess of debt -both public and private- mainly due to uncontrolled domestic demand, especially in Spain, but which no one was able to predict exactly.
