A social and historical approach (Resumen)tesisuned:ED-Pg-SocCamSoc-CleoneIn our western culture disability is very often still meaning incompetence and inferiority. A woman with disability is frequently considered double inferior to everyone, being woman and having a disability, and being in the intersection of different kinds of discrimination. During last decades, at social and political level many things have transformed, and society changed even the words used to speak of or about disability, but nevertheless many questions remain unsolved and the fact that disability is either hidden or denied, or misrepresented, or misevaluated is a reality even now. The experiences of disability are missing from the general culture and very often an engendered investigation is lacking. This thesis aims to widen the existing knowledge on what is needed to improve the quality of life of women with disabilities, by analysing the gap between current legislation in Europe and in particular in Italy and the real life of people with disabilities from a gender perspective. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to contribute to the literature on the well-being and quality of life of women with disabilities, applying an intersectional approach in empirical research and studies on gender inequality. The thesis argues the theory that women's voices would help better identify priorities and choose the most appropriate policies accordingly, as well as help discover the reasons behind the persistent condition of injustice, with the aim of ensuring more equitable and effective services and sustainable well-being for all. After a European historical and legislative overview and an analysis of the main models of disability that have followed over time, the thesis has been developed by analysing the Italian context where, despite the legislative and social progress in recent years, women with disabilities are still subject to discrimination and exclusion compared to other groups. Through a qualitative analysis, the research aims to deepen the real-life situation and the marginalisation even existing in Italy through the voice of women, offering an important perspective and food for thought to fill the gaps.0Doctoral Thesis4432Leone, Cinzia. <a class="citation_title" title="Click para ver : Women with disabilities in Italy.
The article examines the public policies for the Child, in the context of the social transformations that have recently emerged in this field. In the last decades, and due to various reasons, the international organizations have had great prominence in the regulation of the Child protection and in the establishment of measures for its execution. The rights established for the safeguard of the Child protection have driven numerous social services.
The measures developed by the International Organizations have been slowly assumed by European countries, such as Spain that not only has a State-level legislation, but also a prolix Autonomic-level one. Many Administrative Plans of Intervention have been elaborated with validity for several years and have articulated a wide range of benefits for Child. Without any doubt, we have one of the social services with a larger dynamism due to the constant changes of the need of protection.
The article analyzes the impact of the crisis in children and teenagers, as a consequence of family situations, or as a result of the public policies taken to face those situations.
The study finally highlights the consequences of not taking into consideration the impact in Child of the decisions in social, economic, educative and health politics, and the consequences of not protecting correctly the Child and its rights during this hard and complex period of social and economic transformations.07312Alemán Bracho, Carmen . In 1983 the so-called “Miró Decree” was enacted. It offered generous measures to promote film production and establish a solid framework for the industry. At the same time, regional governments issued laws to boost the cinema. Both initiatives enabled debut directors to make more committed and personal films. Our work analyses the impact of this legislation on the films that addressed the dramatic theme of ETA terrorism; films that could be made thanks to committed support from central and regional governments. It also looks into how these projects were accepted by Spanish society. The films share common elements such as the way the directors distance themselves from displaying a heroic image of terrorists or a one-dimensional point of view on the Spanish police, while passing judgement on the social and economical crisis that coincided with the beginning of the Transition to democracy. Only four out of the twelve films shot during those six years did well at the box office, tripling their official costs. The rest did not elicit much audience interest, although they paved the way for a new generation of film directors and also established to some extent firmer foundations for the film industry, as was the goal of the Decree.0292Martínez Álvarez, Josefina . propia evolución de la Educación Permanente

educativos existentes en la UE.In its early years, the European Union (EU)

we will check on the evolution of Continuing

divided into four basic stages.
So we will check how, since the proclamation

In this paper we have considered the concept of disability as part of diversity and, above all, as a fundamental subject of human rights and justice, which has allowed us to include the collective of PWD among the stakeholders of companies. The research on the incorporation of disability as an integral part of the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in companies is very recent, although the term Corporate Social Responsibility and Disability is already used. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the commitment with PWD of Spanish companies considered socially responsible by the sustainability indices used. We have included in four large dimensions (Stakeholders, Visibility, Human Resources and Accessibility) the indicators that have allowed us to analyze the information on PWD published by these companies in their sustainability reports or similar documents accessible through their websites. The results suggest that the companies are more concerned about improving their image towards the exterior than for the commitment with their own employees, which is consistent with the dimension Visibility being where the companies carry out more actions in favor of PWD.0692<a class="citation_author_name" title="Navegar por nombre de Autor de Segovia San Juan, A. En este sentido, la constitucionalización del principio de estabilidad presupuestaria deviene condición sine qua non para la recuperación de la confianza de los mercados en un contexto de crisis global, que hace necesario redefinir la política de déficit para adaptarla a las exigencias demandadas por los nuevos procesos en curso. In August 2011, the government and the main opposition party agreed the reform of Article 135 of the Spanish Constitution, arguing the need for a constitutional corset to the public deficit in order to face the challenges of the first systemic crisis of the globalization, which in turn juridification of an austerity principle of social State. In this sense, the constitutionalization of the principle of budgetary stability becomes a prerequisite for the recovery of market confidence in a context of global crisis that makes necessary to redefine the deficit policy in order to suit the requirements demanded by new processes in course. However, the constitutionalization of a limit to public debt and government spending, far from representing a minor reform that does not affect the substantive aspects of the Constitution, means a substantial alteration of our form of social State positivized by Article 1.1 of the Constitution. Basically, from the point of view of the economic constitution of social constitutionalism, true scope of realization of the transformations performed by this form of state. In fact, with the reform a new relationship between politics and economy is established. A relationship characterised by the centrality of the accumulation strategy and the subordination of the social spending. This centrality of the market stands the market at the centre of the form of State and materializes the material constitution of European market constitutionalism, already infiltrated into legislative sphere, in the formal constitutional space. For these reasons, we consider as inappropriate those proposals according to which the constitutionalization of budgetary stability is in line with the basic values adopted by our Constitution in 1978. Particularly, because the reform breaks with the dialectic logic superimposing an element, budgetary stability, that is not capable of being integrated into the constitutional dialectic.08162Lasa López, Ainhoa .
