Evolution towards other required formats, in the civil judicial environment, such as the psychosocial report and the expert report, directly related with judicial approaches to family conflicts and with adoption processes. The documentary analysis based on ethical values intended to be carried out, gathered in both national and international Codes of Social Work collegial organizations, we show the developments and figures in terms of adoptions in Spain, which show the stability presented by annual national adoption data in Spain, in extant figures from the last decade along with the drop in figures referring to international adoptions in the same period. After showing what some research says about Spain adoption and the studies published on the theme, along with its early media repercussions which were the fruit of failure to meet intended expectations, a series of action proposals and professional interventions were carried out, along with a series of critical questionings, of the probable causes which led to little success produced by the achievements of three decades in the adoptions area.0862Gómez Gómez, Francisco . This crisis in the humanities has a strong relationship with cultural changes. During the 20th century the concept of culture has been revised for several times, especially during the sixties, but it has not been until the book of Lyotard Postmodernity when “globalization” has started to play an important role in this area. The key points of the current crisis of the humanities are consequence of a strong criticism (which comes from the period of Descartes and Kant, who settled the basis of this crisis), of the lack of authority, and of the common culture. The solution has to be searched in the creation of new reactions towards the power of these pressure groups. In this paper, we will analyze the repercussions of all these factors in the Spanish humanities, and we will study the solutions which are being offered to organize that reaction, such as the creation of literary prizes, the foundation of philosophical communities, the defence of human rights and law studies, the development of cultural inheritance, the increase of social conscience (non-profit organizations), the proliferation of activities related with the Arts, and religious development. All these strategies have three common aims: to flee of authoritarian or imposed solutions, to look for concrete and positive expressions, and to boost concrete and local cultural projects. As far as the situation in Spain is concerned, although the perspectives are not very dark, they can suffer changes due to political conflicts and interests, which can damage severely the future of our national thought.05582González-Blanco García, Elena . In particular, we consider the adsorption of four representative species of different interaction strengths: Ar, CO2, H2O, and NH3. Apart from a comprehensive characterization of the structural and energetic aspects of empty and loaded MOFs, we use a fully quantum ab initio approach to evaluate the Raman and IR activities of the normal modes, leading to the construction of the whole vibrational spectra. Under this approach, not only are we able to proceed with the complete assignment of the spectra in terms of the usual internal coordinates but also we can discern the most relevant vibrational fingerprints of the adsorbates and their impact on the whole MOF spectra. On the one hand, some of the typical vibrational modes of the small molecules are slightly shifted but still visible when adsorbed on the MOFs, especially those appearing at high wavenumbers where the empty MOFs lack IR/Raman signals. On the other hand, some bands arising from the organic ligands are affected by the presence of the absorbates, displaying non-negligible frequency shifts, in agreement with recent experiments. We find a strong correlation between all of these frequency shifts and the interaction strength of the adsorbate with the hosting framework. The findings presented in this work expand the capabilities of vibrational spectroscopy techniques to analyze porous materials and can be useful for the design of sensors and new devices based on MOF technology.0322Romero-Muniz, Carlos, Gavira-Vallejo, José María, Merkling, Patrick y Calero, Sofía . In this paper we have considered the concept of disability as part of diversity and, above all, as a fundamental subject of human rights and justice, which has allowed us to include the collective of PWD among the stakeholders of companies. The research on the incorporation of disability as an integral part of the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in companies is very recent, although the term Corporate Social Responsibility and Disability is already used. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the commitment with PWD of Spanish companies considered socially responsible by the sustainability indices used. We have included in four large dimensions (Stakeholders, Visibility, Human Resources and Accessibility) the indicators that have allowed us to analyze the information on PWD published by these companies in their sustainability reports or similar documents accessible through their websites. The results suggest that the companies are more concerned about improving their image towards the exterior than for the commitment with their own employees, which is consistent with the dimension Visibility being where the companies carry out more actions in favor of PWD.0692<a class="citation_author_name" title="Navegar por nombre de Autor de Segovia San Juan, A. EdSoc leaders view this conference as vital for carrying out the mission of our society and believe that EDUCON will be at the forefront of global Engineering Education in the future. In this talk, I will describe some of the history of the Education Society, its recent strategic planning process, and its hopes for the future. What is the Education Society? In April 2009, EdSoc leaders developed new vision and mission statements to introduce EdSoc to the world. The vision of EdSoc is “The IEEE Education Society strives to be the global leader in Engineering Education”. The mission is “The IEEE Education Society is an international organization that promotes, advances, and disseminates state-of-the-art scientific information and resources related to the Society’s field of interest and provides professional development opportunities for academic and industry professionals”. Currently, EdSoc has about 3000 members globally including 30% from IEEE’s Region 8 (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) and 10% from Region 9 (Central and South America). Strengths of the Education Society include being globally engaged, recognized, and sought after to collaborate in educational innovation, generating quality publications and conferences, and dedicated leadership.0conferenceObject5062Manson, P.() .IEEE Education Society: Global Leader in Engineering Education. .En: . conjunto de procesos semántico-sintácticos que intervienen en la construcción del significado

denominadas Plantillas Léxicas. De forma similar, en el contexto de nuestra propuesta
se desarrollan Plantillas Morfológicas que facilitan una descripción adecuada tanto de

recent design, the LCM accounts for the semantic-syntactic processes involved in the
construction of meaning at all the levels of linguistic organization by means of Lexical

adequate description of both the internal structure or «micro-structure» and the «macrostructure

cooperación en el terreno bilateral son los
dos principios, ya fijados en la etapa
anterior, que sustentan las relaciones
luso-españolas durante el marcelismo. El
primero comprende tres tipos de ayuda
por parte de España: contención de las
condenas a Portugal en las
organizaciones internacionales; apoyo a
alcanzan Asuntos Exteriores, pretenden
rentabilizar los servicios prestados en el
ámbito multilateral para iniciar vías de
expansión en el mercado portugués.Mutual support in international affairs and
bilateral cooperation were two of the
principles, which having been established
during the previous phase, sustained
Lusitanian-Spanish relations during
Marcelism. The former consisted of three
types of Spanish support: restraint in
Spain’s condemnation of Portugal in
international organisations; support of the
Portuguese army in Africa in their need for
arms, via the exploitation of links forged in
the Iberian Pact; and the assumption of
the representation of Portuguese interests
in those African countries which, having
followed the recommendations of the
Organization of African Unity (OAU), had
broken diplomatic relations with Portugal.
It is in bilateral relations where the
previous tendency changed, as the
Spanish technocrats who had now
reached the Foreign Office, wanted to
capitalise services rendered in multilateral
relations, to initiate an expansion in the
Portuguese market. Iberian relations were
especially intense in African states where
forced diplomatic coexistence gave them a
very different air to that maintained in
other areas.06542Tíscar Santiago, María José .
The article examines the public policies for the Child, in the context of the social transformations that have recently emerged in this field. In the last decades, and due to various reasons, the international organizations have had great prominence in the regulation of the Child protection and in the establishment of measures for its execution. The rights established for the safeguard of the Child protection have driven numerous social services.
The measures developed by the International Organizations have been slowly assumed by European countries, such as Spain that not only has a State-level legislation, but also a prolix Autonomic-level one. Many Administrative Plans of Intervention have been elaborated with validity for several years and have articulated a wide range of benefits for Child. Without any doubt, we have one of the social services with a larger dynamism due to the constant changes of the need of protection.
The article analyzes the impact of the crisis in children and teenagers, as a consequence of family situations, or as a result of the public policies taken to face those situations.
The study finally highlights the consequences of not taking into consideration the impact in Child of the decisions in social, economic, educative and health politics, and the consequences of not protecting correctly the Child and its rights during this hard and complex period of social and economic transformations.07312Alemán Bracho, Carmen . década del siglo xx, se promueven
diversas fórmulas de participación de los
católicos en la vida pública española,
una de las cuales va a ser la de los
Estudiantes Católicos, cuyo ámbito será
el mundo universitario, si bien intentará
más adelante desarrollar también su
labor en los centros de Bachillerato.
Aunque la vida de la Confederación
comprende los años 1920 a 1939, se
recogen en este trabajo algunos
aspectos de sus primeros años (1920-
1923), como su fundación en 1920, el
crecimiento y desarrollo manifestado en
la Primera Asamblea Con federal de
Zaragoza, el enfrentamiento con otras
asociaciones de estudiantes o su
presencia relevante en organizaciones

such was the National Confederation

The scope of this confederation was
targeted primarily to the university

extended also to high schoois.
Although the Ufe span of the

some aspects of the early period only
(1920-1923); namely its birth in 1920,
growth and development as being
manifest during the First Confederal

confrontations with different students'

actividades de organizaciones terroristas
de Próximo Oriente en España desde
1975 a 1985. Hoy la Jihad Global supone
un nuevo capítulo en la historia del
terrorismo. Los ataques terroristas a
EE.UU., Reino Unido o España
representan golpes contra su «enemigo
lejano». Sin embargo, mucho tiempo
antes de los atentados del 11-S, el
terrorismo internacional había sido
considerado como una de las amenazas
más importantes a la seguridad. Se
estudia el ataque terrorista contra el
restaurante El Descanso (abril, 1985),
reivindicado por la Jihad islámica. Aquel
atentado, cerca de la Base Aérea de
Torrejón (Madrid), fue un aumento
importante en la escalada de violencia. El
artículo temiina con el fin de aquellas
actividades. The objective of this repon is to analyse
the activities of Middie East terrorist
organizations in Spain from 1975 to 1985.
Today, the Global Jihad is a new chapter
in the history of terrorism. Terrorist attacks
upon USA, United Kingdom and Spain
represent hits against their «far enemy».
However, long before the 9-11 attacks,
International terrorism had been
considered as one of the most important
threats to the security. The terrorist attack
against El Descanso restaurant (April,
1985) is discussed. That bomb attack,
near a US Air Forcé Base in Torrejón
(Madrid), was an important raise in
violence escalation (responsibility was
claimed by Islamic Jihad). The article
concludes with the end of those activities.07582Jiménez Martín, Domingo . On 18 April 2011 The Hungarian Parliament approved the country’s new Constitution, named the ‘Basic Law of Hungary’. Its transitory provisions were approved in a different act of the Parliament, on 30 December 2011. Both acts entered into force on 1 January 2012. The article’s main thesis is that most of the Basic Law’s content stems from the previous democratic liberal Constitution, but that the rhetoric has changed into a conservative Christian historicising one. There are, however, also some substantive deficiencies in the new Basic Law, such as the curtailing of the competences of the Constitutional Court, the dismissal of the Data Protection Commissioner and of the President of the Supreme Court, the ability of the head of the judicial administration and of the Chief Prosecutor to choose a court for any court proceeding, the possibility of a lifelong prison sentence and the exaggerated use of cardinal (organic) laws. These either breach general principles of constitutionalism, or European Union and international law obligations. Some of these deficiencies can be resolved by means of creative interpretation, if the Hungarian Constitutional Court accepts his task as the guardian of European Constitutional values.07472Jakab, András and Sonnevend, Pál .
