Also, to highlight the importance of digital transformation and the funds provided through the Next Generation EU (NGEU) to fight against this phenomenon. Based on data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE), an empirical investigation about the current state of population abandonment in Spain has been carried out. Moreover, the Digitization Index (DiGiX) has been used to obtain a territorial vision about the digitization degree of the Autonomous Communities (CCAA). Finally, the estimates of the Spanish executive set out in the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (RTRP) have been used to underline the importance of Next Generation EU resources to fight the problem of „empty Spain‟. That was to see that mentioned country is currently at the head of the „demographic deserts‟ of the EU. Likewise, the Recovery Plan for Europe, and its digital axe, constitute one of the key factors to combat the population abandonment of the Spanish rural areas. In other words, an important approach, which addresses the wide deficiencies in the literature on the subject, is making this research highly relevant and interesting.0422Czubala Ostapiuk, Marcin Roman, Puente Regidor, Mónica y Corullón Hermosa, Carlos . After finishing the Civil war, a great part of the Spanish population, especially the inhabitants of the big cities were doomed to the politics of survival, to conquer the hunger, the misery and the desolation. In this paper, we study the land use changes between 2000 and 2018 in two Spanish provinces, Soria and Teruel. The provinces chosen as case studies are of particular interest because they have some of the lowest population densities in Europe and continue to suffer depopulation processes that have been ongoing since the mid-20th century. The reasons for this are not immediately clear given that unlike other European regions with similar population density values, for example in Northern Scandinavia, they are not exposed to extreme climatic conditions, norare they located in isolated mountain regions. Using the CORINE Land Cover database, we observed that in both provinces, there has been an expansion in shrub and forest land uses and a decline in agriculture due largely to the fact that certain areas have been abandoned by their inhabitants, although in other parts of these provinces, the amount of land used for agriculture has increased. Urban growth over this period has been minimal. In the coming years, it seems likely that the population of these areas will continue to fall, given that the policies carried out over decades to try to revert this trend have not been successful.0532Gallardo, Marta, Fernández-Portela, Julio, Cocero Matesanz, David y Vilar, Lara . The old Roman city was destroyed, abruptly abandoned, relocated in a close place and rebuilt in the 4th century AD. The destruction of the city and its new location is not still explained by the archaeology. In this paper we show different earthquake archaeological effects (EAEs) affecting the La Magdalena site (an agricultural holding located 4 km away from the core of Complutum). We used a multidisciplinary approach in order to identify and characterize apparent EAEs affecting the archaeological site. The most important earthquake geological effect identified in the site is the occurrence of liquefaction (sand dikes and ground settlement) affecting roman structures, such as water tanks, houses and graves. Ground liquefaction generated significant ground cracks and folds in the foundations of the buildings. Several Roman sites along the valley were also abruptly abandoned during the 4th century AD, in some cases with EAEs of similar origin. This suggests the occurrence of a 5.5 – 6.0 Mw seismic event in the zone according the empirical limit of seismically-induced liquefaction.03312Rodríguez Pascua, M.A., Heras, C., Bastida, A.B., Giner Robles, J.L., Silva, P.G., Perucha, M.A, Roquero, E., Carrasco, P., Pérez López, R., Lario, Javier y Bardaji, T. . una comparación entre el diseño e inicio
y fracaso escolar, analfabetismo y trabajo
This article establishes a comparison between,
on the one hand, the springboard of
a public system for childhood protection in
Morocco, particularly in Tanger. On the other,
a social services’ system developed in Spain
as a best practices experience with infants
and teenagers in social risk.
The Moroccan Government, on its 2006-
2015 Action Plan for Childhood, holds the
responsibility of designing an attention and
protection system on every medium and big
size city through childhood protection units.
Besides the existent severe situations of risk
(school failure and abandonment, illiteracy,
child work…), it is the pressure from other
countries that contributes to the implementation
of these public policies, as an strategy
for preventing irregular child migration.
Tanger, as an strategic border town, has
been chosen in particular in this article
because there are many children waiting on
its streets for the opportunity to migrate.
That’s why institutions and partnerships in
Tanger work together to develop an attention
and protection system for an extremely
Both the old Galician hendecasyllable, typically
stressed on the 5th syllable, and the decasyllable with the same
accent have been traditionally considered utterly exceptional.
Nevertheless, the rhythmical experimentation carried out by the
Mexican poet Rubén Bonifaz Nuño resulted in the use of this
Galician hendecasyllable, systematically stressed on the 5th syllable
and combined with similar verses (mainly octosyllabic and
eneasyllabic) both in the same stanza and throughout the entire
compositions, even though the traditional meter for this type of
line was never entirely abandoned. Hence, it can be asserted that
Bonifaz Nuño has turned into usual that which had always been
exceptional.05252Martínez Fernández, José Enrique . Esta arquitectura popular, en gran parte

La confluencia de estos factores, originó
diversos modelos arquitectónicos, resultado
