Resumen	En el siguiente artículo interpretaré dos memorias de viaje: una escrita por el embajador imperial en Madrid, el conde Fernando Bonaventura Harrach (1637-1706), y otra por su esposa, la embajadora Johanna Theresia Harrach, nacida Lamberg (1639- 1716). El conde de Harrach escribió un diario durante el viaje que hizo con su esposa e hijos de Viena a Madrid para cumplir con su embajada (agosto-octubre de 1673). Su mujer, en cambio, nada escribió sobre aquel trayecto de ida. Dos años y medio después, el tres de septiembre de 1676, Johanna y su séquito iniciaron el camino de regreso a Viena. Fernando Bonaventura Harrach se quedó en Madrid para finalizar su embajada. Johanna comenzó entonces la redacción de Tagzettel, unas notas diarias que envió puntualmente a su marido durante el camino a la ciudad imperial, a donde llegó a finales de noviembre de 1676. Contrastando los dos documentos: el diario del embajador y las Tagzettel de la embajadora, analizaré el papel jugado por la identidad, la memoria y el género en la construcción de ambos relatos.
Abstract	This article is focused in the interpertation of two memoirs of travel: one written by the Imperial Ambassador in Madrid, the count Fernado Bonaventura Harrach (1637-1706), and other by her wife, the ambassadress Johanna Theresia, born Lamberg (1639-1716). The count of Harrah wrote a diary during the travel, that he did with his wife and children from Vienna to Madrid in order to fullfill his embassy in Spain (1673). Nevertheless, his wife wrote nothig about that journey. Two years and a half later, the third of September or 1676, Johanna and her entourage began the return to Vienna. Fernando Bonaventura Harrach remained in Madrid to finish his diplomatic mission. Then, Johanna started the writting of Tagzettel, daily notes that she sent puctually to her husband along the way to the Imperial city, that she reached at the end of November of 1676. Comparing the two documents: the ambassasdor’s diary and the Ambassasdress’s Tagzettel, I will analyze the role played by the identity, the memoir and the gender in the construction of both accounts.
